Profile
Born in Mümliswil in the German speaking part of Switzerland and completed the preparatory course at the Kunstgewerbeschle, Lucerne. While studying graphic design with Hugo Wetli of Bern, he attended art schools in Basel and Bern. In 1972, he established his studio in Lausanne and started teaching at the Lausanne University of Art. In 1984, he established Les Atelier du Nord., a graphic industrial studio with friends. His works are in collections around the world including the New York Museum of Modern Art.
