Profile
Born in Israel, he graduated from the Bazale Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem and the London College of Printing. In addition to being a visual communicator in Tel Aviv from 1975, he has gathered materials and researched the history of Israeli graphic design. He has been a fulltime lecturer at the Jerusalem Academy of Art & Design since 1976 and became chairman of the Graphic Designers' Association of Israel in 1992. He is currently a member of the Israel's Culture & Arts board. His major awards include the Gold Prize at the Lahti Poster Biennial in 1990, the Second Prize at the Salon of Photography, Kalish, Poland and the Honorable Mention at Helsinky Biennial in 1997.
