This prominent German design group was established by five people in Berlin, East Germany in 1987. There are currently five members, all of whom came to the West at the time of the collapse of the Berlin Wall, Kerstin Bearmann, Heike Crobin, Dieter Fehsecke, Andreas R. Trogisch and Ute Zscharnt, and two trainees.
