This year’s exhibition attracted some 8,500 works that were released, used, or published over the 12 months from May 1997 to April 1998. Prizewinners and works for inclusion in the ”ART DIRECTION JAPAN 1998” (ADC yearbook) are selected following rigorous screening by 79 ADC members over four days. Before publication in the ADC Annual, prizewinning works and other outstanding entries displayed.
