ポンピドゥー・センターをはじめ、美術館・官庁・文化団体など公共機関の仕事を主に手がけ、ヨーロッパで活躍中のリュディ・バウアのインテグラルコンセプト展。作品は広く文化に関わるものが多く、商業主義的な作品とはおのずと一線を画している。「公共空間とデザイン」というテーマによる今回の展覧会では、各種公共空間におけるサイン計画やビジュアル・アイデンティティのプランとデザインの実績を展示。展示用移動パネルのレイアウトをはじめ、徹底的に「空間」へのこだわりをみせた。「インテグラルコンセプト」の仲間である建築家フィリップ・デリの作品も一部展示。

This was the ”Integral Concept Exhibition” of Reudi Baur who is active in Europe mainly undertaking works for public organizations such as the Pompidou Center, art museums, government offices and cultural groups. Many of the works are broadly related to culture drawing a line between them and commercialized works. In this exhibition , with "public spaces" as a theme, the signs and visual identity plans and design for various public spaces were exhibited. From the layout of the movable exhibition panel, much attention was paid to "spaces." Some works by Phillipe Deli, an architect and his partner in Integral Concept, were also shown.

Gallery Talk ”Public Spaces and Designs”

スイスのチューリッヒ造形大学応用芸術学部グラフィックデザイン科卒業。後にピッポ・リオニィ、フィリップ・デリと共にデザインスタジオ「インテグラルコンセプト」を設立。主に美術館、公共機関、社会団体、文化的イベントなどのビジュアル・アイデンティティやオリエンテーション、インフォメーションの領域でデザイン活動を行う。1984年ドイツで開催された「国際キール週間」のビジュアル・アイデンティティ・コンクールで優勝。AGI会員。

He graduated from the graphic design department of the Applied Art Faculty of the Zurich University of Formative Art . He later established Integral Concept, a design studio with Pippi Liony and Phillipe Deli. The are involved in design activities mainly in visual identity or orientation information for museums, public organizations, social groups or cultural events. They won firs prize at the International Keel Week, a visual identity competition held in Germany in 1984. He is an AGI member.
