Balarinji Design Studio, based in Sydney, was established at the birth of John and Ros Moriaty's oldest son's. John, in whose veins runs the heritage of the Australian indigenous Yanyuwa people, created a design signature that blends contemporary graphics with ancient Aboriginal motifs and icon systems in the hope of making a new visual statement about Australia.
